About

A small AI studio.

Founded by Alek Dobrohotov, a design engineer. We build e-commerce, web apps and AI agents for companies. Few projects, followed closely.

Try it: move over the screen and click. The pigeon and the lamp too.

The story

Small on purpose.

New projects per quarter

Studio Futuro started from a simple idea: whoever designs a product should also write its code. Alek Dobrohotov does both, from the first screen to go-live.

That is why we stay small. You talk to the person who builds, with no salespeople in between and no hand-offs. We take on at most two new projects per quarter.

We use AI every day: to work faster and to put agents inside your processes. The code and the data stay yours, with no closed platforms.

How we work

How we build ecommerce and web apps.

Six phases. From UX research to the numbers of a product in production.

Phase / 01

Research

Understand how you work on catalogue and orders

How it runs

  1. 01

    Conversations

We talk to the people who sell, who update products, and who use the internal tools every day.

  2. 02

    Observation

We watch an order, a catalogue update, a piece that gets stuck.

  3. 03

    Map

Who does what, which tools, where time is lost. How it actually works, not how it should.

  4. 04

    Priority

What is missing, what is unclear, what stays. The rest of the work starts here.

Phase / 02

Design

Screens to comment on before we write code

How it runs

  1. 01

    Paths

We draw what the buyer does and what the team that runs the shop or portal does.

  2. 02

    Screens

You see them, you comment, we change them. Nothing locked in a drawer.

  3. 03

    Rules

What an agent can do, what stays with a person. We write it before we build.

  4. 04

    OK

We stop when the piece is clear. Not when it looks nice.

Phase / 03

Build

A piece connected to real products and orders

How it runs

  1. 01

    Scope

One piece only: catalogue, checkout, or customer area.

  2. 02

    Data

We connect it to products, prices and orders from the system you already use.

  3. 03

    Construction

Every week you see something you can use, not a mock.

  4. 04

    Check

You try it on real work. Then we fix what does not hold.

Phase / 04

Publish

Live in steps, with the team inside

How it runs

  1. 01

    Environment

We put it where you will use it. Not on a demo of ours.

  2. 02

    Trial

The team does the same jobs as always: update, sell, check.

  3. 03

    Fixes

We fix what breaks in the first days.

  4. 04

    Open

We bring in the rest of the team when the piece holds.

Phase / 05

Studio

Agents in production, on the product we just built

How it runs

  1. 01

    Studio

We install Studio with agents trained on your work.

  2. 02

    Ready

The agents arrive already instructed. They do not start from zero.

  3. 03

    Analytics

Numbers and BI from the product. Queries on what actually happens.

  4. 04

    Use

Ask and automate from inside the product, not from a separate tool.

Phase / 06

Analysis

Numbers on what gets used and where time is lost

How it runs

  1. 01

    Usage

Which parts of the product run every day and which sit still.

  2. 02

    Timing

How long an order, an update, a reply takes. Before and after.

  3. 03

    Errors

Where work gets stuck or comes back. With numbers, not a hunch.

  4. 04

    Next round

What is worth building now. Research starts again from here.
